McDonald's

We were shocked when my son finished his cheddar bacon fries and found the container was moldy (he's allergic to mold). I pointed it out, and they told me they'd been washed but the mold wouldn't come off… (even though it comes off when I rub it with a fork). At worst, they shouldn't serve food from it anymore! It's a matter of hygiene and respect for their customers.

We went through the drive-thru! Big mistake! It's like the ghost McDonald's of Brittany 🙀, they take ages to take your order, and then... an endless wait of over 15 minutes to get two milkshakes and a McFlurry (which we had to eat with a fork 🫪!), no apologies! In short, an absolute nightmare.

Yassine is the best, a very warm welcome, helpful and pleasant. Thanks to you, we'll be back.

Something is always missing

I ordered a milkshake, and they got the flavor wrong. That's not right, it's even a bit of a shock, if you know what I mean.

First of all, thank you so much for the hot and crispy fries! 4/5 stars on that front. A first in a few years (we avoid McDonald's now because of all the bad experiences, but sometimes...) Now for the problems...: - I really like rap, but hearing Matuidi Charo and Niska's entire playlist so loud you couldn't hear yourself think at the table... A generation that thinks it's above the customers. - The oversights: two trips back and forth for the extra bacon (a classic McDonald's occurrence, you might say). - A person, dressed normally, going to get drinks in front of everyone with their hair down. Certainly an employee, but completely outside the bounds of hygiene.

It had been a long time since I'd eaten at McDonald's, and I won't be going back. Bland, poorly assembled sandwich, burger parts stuck together in a dry bun, salad that looked awful... The restrooms were only average cleanliness. Never again. The price paid in no way justifies what I ate. The staff was very polite, smiling, and welcoming. That's the only positive thing.

This was my first time at the McDonald's in Vern-sur-Seiche, and I was very disappointed. The restrooms were filthy. I reported it to the staff, but it seemed like no one cared. The restaurant itself didn't look very clean, even though we arrived around 11:20 a.m. Reading the reviews, I see that several customers have already reported cleanliness issues. It's a shame that the situation doesn't seem to have improved. I hope this feedback will be taken into account to improve hygiene and customer service.
