No control over the cooking: the potatoes in the Piedmontese salad were undercooked, the fries were way overcooked, as was the sausage. With only four covers to serve, how is this possible?

We celebrated our daughter's 40th birthday last Saturday. There were 25 adults and 5 children aged 4 to 10. Everything was perfect: kindness, a family atmosphere, and discreet, organized professionals who listened to our needs. The food was delicious, made with quality ingredients and prepared by a true culinary expert. Our taste buds were delighted! It was absolutely fantastic and will leave a lasting memory for our daughter, us, her parents, and our friends.
