⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely exceptional experience at Satio, on Rue Vasselot in Rennes! My wife and I just had dinner there, and for once, we had the chance to enjoy a meal without the children… and what a wonderful moment it was! Everything came together for a perfect evening: a warm welcome, attentive service, an elegant and relaxed atmosphere, and above all, remarkably high-quality cuisine. Special mention goes to the burrata, which was simply perfect. Creamy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and accompanied with great finesse: a true delight! It's the kind of dish you remember long after leaving the restaurant. Every bite exuded the freshness of the ingredients and the care taken in its preparation. You can feel a real passion behind the cuisine. Thank you to Satio for this rare and precious interlude for two, especially for parents. We left delighted, eager to return very soon… perhaps this time with the children, even though we loved enjoying this romantic moment together! A must-visit in Rennes, which I wholeheartedly recommend. 👏🍽️❤️

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the food was delicious, and you could see the chefs working through a small window near the till. We had an excellent lunch, and it was served quickly.

We had a wonderful time having lunch on the terrace, despite the heat. The menu offered several options, each as tempting as the next; we opted for the shakshuka and the fish, but the ceviche as a starter and the pavlova for dessert were also absolutely delicious. The seasonings were perfect and the portions generous. We will definitely be back!
