McDonald's

First visit, large latte, very good. The employees noticed me listening to them criticize their colleague, and I was the one who was bothering them. First, do it somewhere else, but definitely don't. Second visit, small latte served cold and disgusting... I know the workplace is complicated, but do your job properly or don't do it at all.

Stopped by at 10:30 am. Very long wait and the breakfast burger only had half the bun; the rest must have been stuck in the toaster! It almost looked like a burger that had already been eaten…

Saturday I went to McDonald's for a veggie burger. I found bacon. The horror... I went back to see her... everyone was blaming each other. I asked to see who was responsible. The 20-year-old girl told me it was me. This is a joke! Not only are we eating crap, but this girl who thinks she's in charge can't even tell you what a veggie burger is. Shameful!

We came by car for click and collect. After waiting 20 minutes (there weren't many customers inside), no one came, so we decided to go inside. The manager said she hadn't seen our car parked (in the click and collect space), but she only stood on the terrace for 10 seconds without really looking, instead of in the parking lot, and then left our order on the counter where it got cold. We asked for more hot fries, and she and her colleague made a judgmental remark followed by a vague apology. We are disappointed with this service.

You order an Egg Bacon Mcmuffin, you don't receive it? The rip-off is understandable with a large order, sure. But here we were talking about a donut (zero preparation) and a wrap, prepared with equipment that doesn't even put in the bare minimum effort. Previous criticisms haven't led to any improvement; the star rating isn't even deserved.

I'm a vegetarian, I ordered veggie nuggets and they gave me 50% chicken, 50% veggie. That's absolutely insane!

An unacceptable experience. I waited over an hour at the drive-thru for a simple meal. Once served, the sandwich was inedible, with bread as hard as a rock. The result: an hour wasted, a meal thrown away, and no compensation whatsoever for this lack of professionalism. I have never seen such a low level of service. It's a shame a zero rating isn't possible.

Terrible. I ordered a large €14 meal on Uber Eats. I opened the bag and was shocked by the quantity and quality of the fries: half were missing, and they were cold and soggy. Please, make an effort. I'm always disappointed with McDonald's in general, but I try again from time to time, and nothing changes... No respect whatsoever.
