Is it normal that on weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) we have nothing to sell? (We don't serve breakfast because we don't have coffee, we never have ice cream, etc.). And the young woman at the drive-thru leaves much to be desired in terms of her smile and friendliness... In short, it's all rather disappointing.

25 minutes to 2 a.m. for a cold sandwich...

A very bad experience at this McDonald's. We waited an hour and a half to be served, which is simply unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. The restaurant was completely overwhelmed, with no manager seeming to be handling the situation. Customers waited without any information or apologies. The cleanliness was also very disappointing: papers everywhere in the restrooms, overflowing trash cans, dirty tables, and litter outside the restaurant. The photos speak for themselves. I can understand that there are busy periods, but that doesn't justify such a long wait, such a lack of organization, or such a low level of hygiene. A very disappointing experience. I hope that measures will be taken quickly to improve the service and cleanliness.

Today, July 25, 2026, we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes at the drive-thru with our 3-year-old. When we arrived at the payment kiosk, no one came to see us. We saw the employees laughing and pouring themselves drinks, so we left. I'm sorry, but there's a serious lack of professionalism; it's a disgrace for a fast-food restaurant.

Order arrived after a wait of over an hour. Absolutely spotless, no hygiene whatsoever. I do not recommend it.

Paid for 9 veggie nuggets and was only given 5, x2 M&M McFlurries came out with no M&Ms, did not receive condiments which we also paid for. Not great. Service, however, quick but likely why the order was so wrong.

Waiting an hour at the drive-thru at 1 a.m. is already barely acceptable. But what's even more outrageous is that when it came time to pick up the order, there was no apology for the wait, no gesture of goodwill, and the employee was about as welcoming as a prison guard. A simple "sorry for the delay" would have been appreciated. Clearly, the word "service" hasn't reached the Cleunay McDonald's.

We notice things happen. No extra gifts in the Happy Meal, nothing at all. I called, and they thought I was lying, saying that orders are now weighed. After checking, it was indeed missing what I had said. These practices and the way they speak are unbearable. Order placed Sunday evening, July 12th.

I've come several times, and every time, regardless of the time, there's a huge wait.

I ordered a Bubble Oasis to go, and they served it without a straw, so I couldn't drink the bubbles that remained at the bottom of the glass. And this is the amount of bubbles they put in—it's a complete rip-off!
