Domino's Rennes - Sud

I have rarely eaten such a bad pizza. I ordered three pizzas. When I arrived, the display showed three minutes remaining, indicating that my pizzas would be ready, but I didn't get them for another 30 minutes. Several other customers arrived and left with their pizzas. The service was chaotic; I saw incomplete orders and pizzas being sent back due to mistakes. The young woman at the counter was very friendly but completely overwhelmed and had no answers when I tried to find out where the pizzas were. A cook switched from his station to the cashier but didn't know what he was doing, then another one arrived who was no better. In the end, I left with three pizzas in sizes other than the ones I ordered (but I gave up). One of the three pizzas must have been cooked twice, judging by how dry and overcooked it was. Pizzas with minimal toppings (for example, one pizza had four small meatballs and very little other stuff). It's a disgrace, bordering on a rip-off! They're cutting corners to maximize profit! I've never seen anything like it! Yet not all Domino's Pizzas are the same; the one in St. Brévin-les-Pins (I was a customer a week ago) was fantastic. The one in Rennes Sud is a disaster!

Your delivery drivers drive recklessly, it's shameful, extremely dangerous behavior to deliver a pizza for minimum wage, that's promising.

This is the second time we've ordered from you, and it's incomplete again. This is unacceptable. The first time, a drink was missing. This time, a pizza and a drink are missing, and the delivery driver didn't even have a card reader. This is a blatant lack of professionalism. This level of service is unacceptable. We demand an explanation and an immediate refund or some form of compensation.

With the app, after 6 orders you're entitled to a free medium margarita. But at Domino's South they're refusing; this is the second time they've told me they have no record of this offer and won't give me my free margarita...

Frankly, I'm disappointed… I usually order from you and it was always generously topped with a good sauce. But this time the pizza was really sparse, with almost no sauce and very little topping. It's a big change from what you used to do, and it shows. I really hope you'll go back to the quality you used to have.

I'm not a customer, but a resident, and it's absolutely crucial to check who you hire as a delivery driver! One of your drivers came to our building on Sunday, March 15th, at 8:15 PM on Boulevard Clemenceau, insulting and threatening a customer who hadn't paid for their pizzas. He hurled insults and threats, invoking Islam and using profanity. Threats like, "Only mountains never meet," were used, along with a barrage of insults. All of this was done while shouting from the bottom of the building. I don't believe this is Domino's original image.

Very welcoming. The pizzas are generously topped, I recommend it.

I ordered a Bacon Groovy Pan Pizza!!! Here's what I received... A thin-crust pizza, no bacon, no BBQ sauce... Luckily, it had chicken... A disaster

I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant; this is the second time my order has been incomplete. €6 for a drink is still a bit excessive, even if it's usually a little more expensive on delivery platforms. I therefore recommend ordering from Pizza Hut instead; at least your order is complete, unlike with Domino's Pizza...

The best store! I thank Romain and his team, who are very professional and attentive.

Avoid this restaurant! 1 hour wait for a small pizza. Unfriendly staff. Never bringing my family back.

Thank you for the disgusting pizza you made me yesterday at the end of service. At least have the honesty to admit that you made a large, thin pizza instead of a regular one, and that thin one had been sitting in flour for ages because it was completely dry (nobody wanted a two-person pizza, you turned it away at the end of service, bravo!). I haven't had worse at Domino's.

As a loyal customer, I stopped by yesterday just after closing time. I was greeted with a smile, and they made me a pizza even though they had just closed. Thank you so much!
