Domino's Rennes - Ouest

The food was okay, but the service was particularly excellent, especially from a young man named Dimitri who was fantastic! A great experience, I highly recommend it!

The pizzas were good but too small (see photo, the pizza is a medium).

The food is excellent, consistent with the quality you usually find at Domino's. However, there aren't enough seats for waiting for your pizza, which can be a bit uncomfortable when there's a wait, although it was the first time I'd experienced this. Also, the person who served me seemed to be having trouble with the computer, which slowed down the service. Overall, a good experience for the food, but a few areas for improvement in terms of service and comfort.

Industrial pizza

Good pizza, but still very expensive, long wait and somewhat cold staff.

I'm giving a bad rating because we ordered the wrong ingredients on the pizza. They offered no compensation and refused to replace it. The service was appalling.

I ordered my pizza online to pick it up at Domino's at 12:15 PM. I entered the restaurant: the cook was there, but not a greeting, nothing. My pizza was marked as ready on the tracker, but after waiting six minutes behind the counter without being acknowledged, I went to get something to eat next door, as my lunch time was very limited. A simple greeting to the customers would be the bare minimum, as well as asking if they had ordered...

Excited to eat pizza upon returning from vacation, I ordered online (so far, so good). I ordered two pizzas and got express delivery, but... one was missing. The delivery driver apologized and confirmed he'd made a mistake and would come back within 10 minutes. As a result, three-quarters of an hour after the first order was delivered, hallelujah, the second pizza arrived. So, we will never order from Domino's again.

For the same order, the delivery driver called me twice and said they were downstairs. So he wasn't there. It's a known address; I'm a regular customer. The driver told me he was in front of a business (taxi phone). Furthermore, my 60 loyalty points were deducted for an order I never received. Thanks, Domino's, you've really given me a good laugh.

Ordered pizza, the service was very cold, even rude… the manager, a young woman, was awful! Change your staff.
