AMOUR DE PIZZA RENNES SUD EST

This review was written as part of the Amour de Pizza World Tour 2026, an event that involves visiting all Amour de Pizza locations worldwide. (Currently 3 in Rennes, 1 in Lorient, and 2 in Nantes) The first thing to note is the size of this Amour de Pizza, which is simply enormous. The atmosphere is also very pleasant, with real attention to detail in the decor. You're not dreaming: there are even kiosks for placing orders. The quality is clearly the same, however, at least for the fries, burgers, and pizzas! The team is just as friendly as the one in Nantes, even though this is a larger operation... A real pleasure.

Very, very good.

I came to pick up a simple takeaway taco, specifically requesting Biggy Barbecue, and imagine my surprise when I got home to eat it and found it only contained mayonnaise as a sauce—something I hadn't asked for when I ordered! I called to ask how this was possible and if anything could be done. The only shocked woman I met, with an irritating voice, was the one who offered me a free drink. 😂 What a lack of respect! A drink is nothing compared to the time I spent traveling to pick up my order and the money I paid for my taco. In short, this is a restaurant to avoid, given the appalling attitude of the manager and his employees, who are clearly incapable of doing their jobs properly.

I've been to this pizzeria three times, and unfortunately, my order was incorrect each time. I wasn't necessarily planning on leaving a review, but after a while, it becomes really disappointing. I hope this feedback will help improve their organization and service. Furthermore, the welcome wasn't pleasant during my visits, which made the experience even more negative. It's a shame, because we come here primarily to enjoy a good time over a delicious pizza 💔

The management of this pizzeria is worthy of the Tunisian defense; it's catastrophic. The waitress doesn't know whose pizzas it is, orders are taken incorrectly, you have to ask them to make the pizza to get it. I was this close to making it myself after waiting an hour. It's disastrous.

A disastrous experience. Over an hour late with our order, no communication whatsoever, and no apology worth mentioning. To make matters worse, being allergic to onions, I was served a dish containing them, without any attempt at compensation. The only "compensation" was a tiny ice cream served in an espresso cup, which we only received because we asked for it, and which wasn't even the owner's doing. A complete lack of consideration for customers. I absolutely do not recommend this pizzeria.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. Unacceptable service, no respect for the customer. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent experience! Everything was delicious and high quality. The atmosphere is pleasant, and above all, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You feel comfortable from beginning to end. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

I'm upgrading to 3 stars after dropping from 5 to 1 due to missing ingredients, which happened a second time today (I lost €8 the first time and almost €9.50 the second time). Luckily, this time I checked. I spoke to the manager, who was fantastic. The mistake was corrected, and I was given two free pizzas. So, thanks to the manager, I'm upgrading to 3 stars.

After 25 minutes for one taco, my order was completely wrong. I paid extra for the scalloped topping, but the taco wasn't gratinéed, and the ingredients weren't what I ordered. Very disappointed.
