Not the cleanest

I couldn't log in to my account at the terminals. I turned around and went to eat at the competitor's place next door.

Once again, we are very disappointed. The restaurant, which advertises World Cup menus (until July 20th), no longer has any cups... nor any toys in the children's Happy Meals... not to mention the children's ice creams, one of which is properly filled, the other only half full?? Far from McDonald's standards... In short, a very bad experience that neither the manager nor the employees seem to care about. A gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated... but this demonstrates the total disrespect you show your customers. P.S.: Please remove your "World Cup" sign at the parking lot exit...

A real cleanliness problem: not a single customer in the dining room, and the tables are dirty, the bins are overflowing, and I'm not even mentioning the toilets... All the staff are in the kitchen... Incomprehensible and really not right.

Expensive and poorly served.

I wish to express our disappointment regarding our visit to your restaurant today, July 14th, around 3:40 PM. First, at the Drive-Thru, we could barely hear the attendant. We were therefore asked to go directly to the register to place our order. Once there, an employee informed us that it was not possible to scan our McDonald's+ card, even though their colleague had told us the opposite just moments before. We found this information contradictory. Furthermore, we ordered two ice creams. One of them contained very little topping, as shown in the attached photo. When we pointed this out, we were simply told that "the amount corresponds to one spoonful." Given the size of the ice cream served, this quantity seems insufficient and does not meet our expectations for this product. We wanted to share this experience with you because we were disappointed by the service we received and the quality of the food we were served.

A very disappointing experience. We stopped at this McDonald's during our road trip over a long weekend. Unfortunately, the staff seemed completely uninterested in the customers: no greeting, no smile, and the service was cold and unwelcoming. The most surprising thing was having to ask for the table and chairs to be cleaned, when this should have been done automatically between customers. The trash cans were also overflowing, despite the restaurant being relatively quiet. Another major disappointment: an advertisement outside was displayed for World Cup glasses. We stopped specifically for this offer, but once inside, there were no World Cup menu items available. This misleading advertising was a waste of our time. On the plus side: clean restrooms and food served piping hot. However, the portion of fries was very small, even though it was supposed to be a large order. Overall, a disappointing experience for a road trip stop.

30 minutes of waiting one evening with no one there.

Passing through and in a bit of a hurry, I was served quickly by Jonathan and his team. Efficient service and a pleasant welcome, I recommend them!

The order did not match what was ordered and the ice cream was not filled.
