Alexandrine and Paul delighted us at our birthday party; all the ingredients were there: delicious food, smiles, originality… from appetizers to dessert, everything was perfect! All the guests loved this food truck experience and want to say thank you to La Bolinette!

We used La Bolinette for our wedding reception, everyone loved it, and our guests thought it was great to be able to help themselves from the truck whenever they wanted. We're always greeted with a smile at La Bolinette. Their toasted sandwiches are delicious and original, made with seasonal and local ingredients—what more could you ask for? We look forward to trying their other recipes again.
