A business lunch over pizza. A very pleasant and enjoyable time on the terrace. Thank you for the quality of the service and the products offered. I recommend it.

There were two of us, and we had a reservation. An hour passed between our arrival and the pizzas being served at our table. Yet, there were only eight other people on the terrace. I rarely wait that long in a restaurant. It's really a shame that the manager prioritizes orders for customers who come to pick up their pizzas. We asked for a gesture of goodwill: we were given a 5% discount on the bill, I'll let you be the judge. Regarding the pizza we ordered (the Italian): generous, but with far too much oil... I don't recommend the sangria, which is certainly not homemade and has no flavor whatsoever.

Five-star pizza, but not only that... 5 stars also for the music played in the restaurant!

Pizzas: Still as good as ever

We're two students on a tight budget, browsing a small flea market in Montgermont. It was raining, so we decided to treat ourselves to a meal at this pizzeria. There were no seats available, apparently, so the waiter suggested we sit at the counter, but since we're not fussy, we took a seat without a fuss. However, four minutes later, an older couple was seated at a comfortable table in the back of the restaurant. We could already sense the disdain. We decided to order a 40cm Margherita to share. Then the waiter who had seated us and was taking our order (he seemed to be in charge) told us quite clearly that we couldn't share a pizza because in a restaurant you have to order two courses. A load of nonsense that just implied we weren't going to spend much between the two of us and that he wasn't interested in our order. So, he suggested we take the pizza to go and eat it outside (it was raining, I should add!). For a restaurant that seemed family-run and friendly, this is a big zero! That's not what I consider good service. You need to revise your standards and treat people differently. Who knows, maybe if we had been an older couple instead of two young women, we would have been treated well ;). Reply 2 In light of the owner's dishonest response, I'd like to remind him. First, it started raining at 1:30 PM and stopped around 2:15 PM. But since you have no way to defend yourself, it's better for you to lie? Here's the dialogue my friend and I overheard when the so-called customers who had reservations arrived: - Hello, do you have a table for two left? - You to the waitress: Put them by the window at the back. So, if you have your reservations mentally stored in your brain, my bad. You seem far too clever for the rest of us! I'll continue by saying that you completely misinterpreted what my friend (who was very embarrassed because I invited her) was trying to convey. She was short on money, and I offered to pay for both of us. Embarrassed by the situation you created, she was trying her best for me and wanted to leave. Apparently clever, but perhaps not perceptive enough? Furthermore, I find you quite petty and condescending: I quote you: "hypersensitivity," "extrapolation," or even "a spoiled student." Do you feel so bruised that you resort to this kind of unfounded slander? Finally, I'll say that you're not the only one who works seven days a week. I also work seven days a week in the restaurant industry during the summer, and I can tell you that I've never seen anyone treat their customers like that ;). There are no rules about how people should eat in a restaurant, and that's what we wanted to share: the unfriendly atmosphere of the place, which didn't allow us, despite our commitment to having a good time, to properly share our warm pizza!
