I understand that a hairdresser might comment on a client's scalp, but there's a right way and a wrong way to say it. During my visit, a comment was made loudly in front of other people in the salon, which can make someone very uncomfortable. For teenagers, this type of comment, made tactlessly and without any consideration, can have a real impact, especially during adolescence when self-esteem can be fragile. Anything related to physical appearance is a personal and sensitive subject, and this type of comment, like the one we received, should have been made discreetly and in a different way. I find it completely unprofessional. We will not be returning and we absolutely do not recommend this salon. This isn't the first time, even if the experience wasn't the same... It doesn't even deserve one star!

I highly recommend this hair salon! The welcome is always warm and you immediately feel at ease. The team is attentive, professional, and offers excellent advice. They really take the time to understand what you want, and the results are always fantastic. Thanks to Greg and Solène in particular.

Extremely disappointed with my highlights. The service was expensive for the work done. Honestly, there's no visible difference. And the reception... All the hairdressers were cold, unfriendly, and gave me death stares. The atmosphere was awful. It's a real shame; it's supposed to be a relaxing experience. I don't recommend it!

I went there for a simple men's haircut. A 3mm fade on the sides and 2cm on top. I left with one side at 4cm and the front at 1cm. I've made an appointment with another hairdresser for tomorrow.

I received a very warm welcome, and my hair was done by Pierre, the apprentice, who is fantastic—a really great job! Congratulations, keep it up! 😉 The girls are lovely and attentive. The services are top-notch and the price is fantastic.
