Dinner on a Friday night. There was a bit of a wait that evening, but the service was very pleasant, so no problem. Excellent pizzas (pizza of the moment: butternut squash cream, caramelized shallots, Cantal cheese, artichokes, ganciale... It might seem strange, but it's a real success. Margherita pizza: just the way we like them). We recommend it.

I've had the chance to try the pizzas from this place several times, and when I see the previous comments, I wonder if these people have ever actually eaten a good, real pizza. It's not bad, but it's not amazing either. There's nothing malicious in this comment; I'm just saying what I think.

We absolutely loved L'Hermitage! It's rare to find such good Neapolitan pizzas in such a small town. The daily specials are very elaborate, and we love trying them. And the regular menu never disappoints either. We've always been greeted with a smile and good cheer, whether we're eating in or taking away. One small improvement: a high chair or booster seats for toddlers would be fantastic!
