I went for lunch today and honestly, I have no complaints. The order arrived quickly, everything was piping hot and exactly as I ordered. The staff was polite and efficient, and the restaurant was clean. A great place when you're looking for quality fast food. I'll gladly go back.

We ordered at 3pm and received our order 30 minutes later. We ordered on-site and it wasn't crowded in your Burger King. I get the impression that it's not very fast in the kitchen.

Hi, for once no disappointment, everything was good. For once our sandwiches even looked better than the photos!!!! Take note, Metz residents!!!!

We waited an hour, and there were only four cars on Saturday at 10 PM. There was an error in our order, and no apology, no smile. The service was very mediocre; very disappointed for a first experience.

A very disappointing drive-thru experience. We waited over 30 minutes before even being charged, even though my order only contained two ice creams. I understand that there can be large orders and a lot of people, but a minimum of organization is essential. It would have been perfectly possible to move the first cars forward to avoid blocking the entire line, especially since there was plenty of parking available. I mentioned this to the cashier, and the only response I received was, "Yes, I know." No apology, no solution. Once I was finally charged, I waited a long time to receive my order. We had ordered peanut-free ice cream. They had to ask us again to confirm that it was peanut-free, which demonstrates a lack of communication between the teams. I understand that the job is difficult and that there are busy periods, but for such a simple order, this wait, this lack of organization and the absence of communication are unacceptable.
