Closed on a Saturday for no apparent reason, what a shame!

The bread is absolutely delicious. This bakery is top-notch. The staff is very friendly. We live in Pont-Péan, 4 km from Bruz, and we never hesitate to make a detour to this bakery to buy bread. We highly recommend this bakery.

The payment terminal wasn't working; I was charged twice, but it said "payment refused." When I asked for a refund, they spoke rudely to me and told me to come back tomorrow.

Our New Year's Eve orders were a big hit with us and our guests. Special mention for the Panettone! The quality is just as good as everything else we serve throughout the year! And the frangipane galette in January was absolutely amazing!

The products made in this bakery are of impeccable quality. While bakeries and pastry shops are plentiful in Bruz, the quality wasn't always there. Since 2023, Thétiot Bakery has met our expectations. The variety of breads, brioches, pastries, cakes, and the ultimate treat, the frangipane galette, are remarkable. Furthermore, the ladies serving customers are very friendly and always smiling. I highly recommend this establishment.

The cheesecakes are amazing!

The pastries are good, but I was a little disappointed with the savory options; there wasn't much filling for the high price. I don't like to criticize the staff, but the blonde woman, who must surely be the owner, is rarely welcoming.

Regular customer, early bird 😉: fantastic bakery and pastry shop, the bread is amazing and the cakes too! The owner is really friendly and professional. Spotlessly clean (yeah, that matters to me 😆). The lemon tart and the Paris-Brest are incredible!
