My order was never delivered tonight for the match. I placed it at 8:15 PM, two hours before closing time, and I paid, but I never received it even though the order was confirmed. I tried contacting them three times, and they hung up on me.

I ordered several pizzas for the French national team match, but after waiting for over an hour, still nothing. The pizzas are still being prepared. We've been waiting for an hour and a half, and no one is answering the phone. If you can't prepare that many pizzas, refuse the order!

It's a very small place; you can park in the parking lot of the convenience store across the street. Nothing to report, polite staff.

Holidaying in France I had one night in Bruz and ordered a pizza online from Dominos. It was never delivered so I'm unlikely to recommend them or use Dominos again.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. The driver was on time and polite/smiling. No problems... I opened the box... And something was missing. You did remove the potatoes and merguez sausage as requested... but... I paid extra for pepperoni and it wasn't there!!! Even in the photo, you can see it's missing. It's a minor inconvenience, sure, but offering pizza customization AND forgetting to include what's charged for... You guys need to be more thorough. I expect some kind of compensation before ordering from you again.

Avoid at all costs! We ordered €80 worth of pizza, which is no small amount. Delivery was scheduled for 8 PM, but it arrived at 9 PM. Not normal, but that's just a minor detail. One pizza was ordered (without onions), and one arrived (with onions). Two pizzas were ordered (with cheddar), and two arrived without cheddar. (And the excuses they'll probably give are endless.) This is getting ridiculous. And they didn't acknowledge their mistake. It's a complete waste of time. Avoid them at all costs.

The pizzas were delicious; unlike other Domino's locations, they were piping hot and not dry. The staff were very helpful and understanding regarding a flaw in the advertisement published by Domino's France on their website. We thank the staff for their professionalism. 100% recommended.
